Your prices are not reflected at all online or at the appointment. I had to pay $130, which was not online when I booked the appointment. I came into Route 9 Nissan and was greeted pleasantly. The moment that I arrived at the service desk, I was greeted by Kevin Manning. I immediately got bad vibes from Ken. His goal was to sell me on as The moment that I arrived at the service desk, I was greeted by Kevin Manning. I immediately got bad vibes from Ken. His goal was to sell me on as many repairs to my vehicle as possible. I did not feel a positive interaction. I felt that he only wanted to make some money for the service dept. I have free oil refills remaining on my vehicle. He immediately recalled that I had refused to replace my air filters at my previous visit. Then he mentioned a tire rotation and I did not approve it. The car was in service for 2.5 hours. He approached me during that time and informed me that my vehicle required brakes/rotors and filter replacements. The estimate he provided for the repairs was nearly $700. I informed Kevin that I could not afford the repairs at this time, I stated that he understood. When my car was finished, Kevin charged me for rotation of my tires, and I had not approved the tire rotation. I have a bumper-to-bumper warranty on my Sentra and I felt that Kevin should have been customer friendly. I was charged $26.94 for an unapproved tire rotation. As well Kevin informed me that my brake lights were not working, but offered no solution to that problem, All in all, my experience was not horrible, but I do not feel that Kevin was providing the customer service that Route 9 Nissan expects from an employee. Great experience buying my second Nissan Rogue. This car has everything I need. Fifi Haji was patient, helpful and able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They wanted over 1400 dollars for a job that I called several other dealerships for Nissan that would Only charge 300 dollars for.
