My mother past a few years prior so I had to let a lot of my cards go. I spoke to Luis Gomez and he was super nice and friendly. He managed to get me in a vechile so I can commute to work and school. In the summer of 2019 I returned my lease because I wanted to choose a car that with a little more room. My miles were almost up I contacted Luis Gomez directly and told him my situation. He was understanding and kind and within a month he managed to get me in the car that I wanted. He worked with my budget and wasn’t needy. He gave me enough time to come up with the amount I could afford at the time for a down payment due to me recently moving. I will definitely be back in the future, but only if he’s there. Everyone needs an honest sales man and he’s it. I also will refer my family and friends. Thank you Luis Gomez and god bless you! More

Dishonest finance rep, apathetic management My wife and I purchased a car from Norm Reeves Honda a little over six months ago, and that will be our last car purchase from this dealership. We bro My wife and I purchased a car from Norm Reeves Honda a little over six months ago, and that will be our last car purchase from this dealership. We brought the car in for its first oil change several weeks ago and discovered that the finance rep we dealt with had misrepresented two important elements of the service contract that he sold us. He claimed that this vehicle would need oil changes at least every six months regardless of mileage and that the contract would fully cover the cost of oil changes, neither of which is actually true (the service department said we probably would only need oil changes once a year at the rate we’re driving it, and the contract covers a maximum of $30 per oil change). In other words, the contract would cover far fewer oil changes than we were told it would, and those oil changes would only be partially covered despite having been represented as fully covered, so the benefits are far lower than the finance rep stated they were. We contacted the customer relations manager, and while we appreciated that he responded promptly, he just told us to cancel the contract if we weren’t happy with it – no apology or indication of concern that the finance rep lied to us, and he focused on trying to convince us that the service contract was still a good deal. We then reached out to first the finance manager and then the general manager to make them aware of the problem and ask that the contract cancellation fees be waived (since we had been lied to by their employee, and not just changed our mind), but neither of them ever responded to us. When we then went in and cancelled the contract, the receptionist in the finance department left a voice mail for the general manager on our behalf, and he never responded to that, either. Now we’re out the cancellation fee for the service contract, but at least we now know to avoid buying from Norm Reeves Honda in the future, as the finance reps can’t be trusted and the management doesn’t care! More
