Kevin Harris most unprofessional individual states he is a manager but didn’t have the audacity to meet with me in person Called me over the phone and set he would call me back and haven’t heard from hi a manager but didn’t have the audacity to meet with me in person Called me over the phone and set he would call me back and haven’t heard from him till this day another would be sales mr.sabastien said one thing finalizing of giving me floor mats which he never said bcs it was never written down communication skills in this sorta business goes along way for customer satisfaction and for my individual and my girlfriend very poor customer care….atleaat the sold the car I’m guessing and is what Kevin Harris presented .they don’t care abt ur satisfaction it’s all about money and service to meet the qualifications of a bounus very poor customer service other hand Jose manga work the best of his ability to get me a more foward gap plan man is very reasonable in the process of taking care of a customer 5starts for Jose couldn’t ask for a better sales man to take the time and fill paper work and make sure everything is okay went out of his way to extend insurance on initial purchase man deserves most of the commission as Sebastian as a middle man and Kevin Harris xxx the top dog the communication and again lack of satisfaction is beyond imagine For the sign that says number 1 in sales these individuals do not belong with that title I understand the process is tricky and sometimes aggravating but going multiple days after the purchase and getting the wrap around I guess is common ground when drawling with soo called gangsters of money /monopoly but again I guess it comes down to they sold the car and that day is long gone Onto the next customer as I see it Work on individual customer satisfaction with ur employees I’m not the first to leave a message like this and I’m not the last . More

My worst experience buying a car from a dealer. I purchased a “certified” pre-owned that was what the sales man said and what the CARFAX said it was. When I was driving home I noticed the windshiel I purchased a “certified” pre-owned that was what the sales man said and what the CARFAX said it was. When I was driving home I noticed the windshield had two chips, which was surprising to be a “certified “ pre-owned with those damages. I was told by the finance department that the car had a year warranty that covered any damage on the windshield. So I contacted Alex atienzo who was who sold me the car and asked him about the warranty. But, he never replied back. I made an appointment with the service department and went back to the dealership and asked for the warranty on what Jonathan told me that it was only cover up to 70 dollars only to fix the chip but not replace the windshield and suggested me to go talk to Alex atienzo about the matter since I purchased the car already with the windshield damaged. I couldn’t speak with Alex but I meet with Kevin harris, who is the customer relations manager and it was the worst experience talking with him and being my first time purchasing a car. Since I meet him he showed me a very bad attitude. We went to the car and i showed him the damage. In short words, after he noticed the chips he told me how could I’ve not seen the damage and that I was basically lying that I’ve purchased the car like that since they do an inspection on all cars before selling. Statement on which he will later on change as to tell me that it was allowable for dealers to sell cars with chips on the windshield and that my car wasn’t a “certified” pre-owned car on what I have been told by the seller and CARFAX that it was. Ended up with sending me to a different location to get the windshield fixed, and the person that did the fix told me that he couldn’t fix completely the chips since they were old chips and that they might spread in a year or so. This is not fair at all having to pay almost 20 thousand dollars for a car with damages. Get lied that I didn’t purchased a “certified” pre-owned car when I was told I was. Not being able to have the warranty cover the damage when they told me it will. Not being able to fix the problem. I would never perform any service or have any other type of encounter with this dealership or would not recommend anyone to it. More
