The best buying expierence. My Son and I were looking for a new car to replace his pickup. We had looked at other cars and been in contact with several salespeople whom I consid My Son and I were looking for a new car to replace his pickup. We had looked at other cars and been in contact with several salespeople whom I consider to be professional in their approach but limited in knowledge of the autos they sell and some could not tell me why I should have bought their cars and not go elsewhere. I called Mike who recommended me to Terry at the Subaru Dealership and Terry introduced us to Kevin Gribble whom after three minutes of speaking with him we knew he was our guy. Kevin is very knowledgeable about his cars, very passionate about the dealership and its personnel but most of all he never trashed his competition, if there is any! We spent two hours with him and by the time we were done we had purchased the BRZ. It's an excellent car and my Son who is the owner is absolutely in love with it. It is a sharp vehicle and has all the extras that a person would want. I recommend Subaru of Tucson and Kevin for the best buying experience that a person can have. I recommend him highly. While at Subaru of Tucson you must come in contact with the best Finance Manager I have ever encountered: Tim Hanson. All I can say is: Tim is good at what he does and there is never a dull moment while in his office. His explanation of paperwork and other products is excellent. More

We had been putting off buying another car for almost a year, because we dread dealing with the sales and finance people. However, a car accident totaled our mini-van and we were forced to replace it. We had a Subaru Forrester in the past and loved it. So, we wanted to look for a Subaru first and we are so happy that we did! Our experience with the Tucson Subaru team was completely different than anything we had experienced in the past. Joe Micoletti was patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. If he didn't know an answer to one of our questions, he went and got the answer (rather than making something up). He wasn't pushy and acted with integrity and honesty. Tim Hanson handled the paperwork and was very pleasant to work with. Even though it wasn't his sale, Kevin Gribble helped set up the garage opener and hands-free phone feature. All in all, we came in expecting a typical car buying experience, but drove out with a Subaru. We are confident we made the right choice and will return to Tucson Subaru again. Even two weeks after my purchase when I inadvertently drained the battery, he came to the rescue, offering the roadside assistance number (and this on a Sunday). Hands down the very best vehicle purchasing experience ever! This past Saturday my husband decided to stop buy Tucson Subaru and see what Subaru is all about as neither of us had ever driven or even ridden in on This past Saturday my husband decided to stop buy Tucson Subaru and see what Subaru is all about as neither of us had ever driven or even ridden in one before. We had heard great things and wanted to see for ourselves. We pulled up and got out of our vehicle and my husband counted 3 – 2 – 1, waiting for the “vultures” to appear. They didn’t! We were able to look around for a little bit and acclimate ourselves before Kevin Gribble came over and introduced himself. As we were new to the brand, Kevin took time to show, explain and listen to our needs, interests and wants. We then proceeded to take a couple test drives. I really liked the Crosstrek so Kevin asked if we wanted to discuss pricing. We said sure and explained we had limited time as we had a family dinner to go to. We talked numbers and expected to be railroaded. That never happened! I decided I loved the 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek Special Edition of which they only had 2. We left with a handshake, lots of knowledge and time to think about a new major purchase. No pressure! Kevin was nice enough to call later Saturday night and say that someone else was interested in the special edition as well and would I like to put a deposit to hold it until Monday. We came back Monday to test drive it again and decided to purchase. Filled out paperwork, and we were off to the finance department where we met Tim Hanson. We were still waiting for the other shoe to drop so to speak. From previous experience with other dealerships around town the finance department is where bad things happen and you feel drained after you leave. Not so here at Tucson Subaru. Tim was so helpful, knowledgeable and completely genuine while going through the process and explaining the extras / options. We had the smoothest and believe it or not most enjoyable finance experience ever. We then met back up with Kevin who proceeded to show all the ins and outs of my new vehicle, hooked up my Bluetooth, downloaded my contacts and made sure I knew how to use it all. Getting ready to leave, feeling confident and super excited about my purchase I was given a dozen roses. I felt like a princess driving away in my new chariot! They were totally not necessary but what a nice touch. This is hands down the very best car buying experience we have ever had. Super easy and actually fun! SUPER! Like no other car buying experience before! My husband and I are in our 60's so we have bought a few cars over the years. After a lot of research on the web, we went in prepared for a hard sell especially since this is the only Subaru dealership in Tucson. My husband summed it up best, “There is no salesman at Tucson Subaru, just friendly people helping you buy a car.” Kevin Gribble just walked up talked with us a bit and then showed us the Forester first because he thought it fit better for what we wanted (a car to travel in that sits high, but has a smooth ride). Later on the way thru the lot to find the blue car I thought I wanted, he showed us all the color options on actual cars in the lot and I really liked the bronze one. But he went and found the blue one, pulled it up so we could do a side by side, etc. The paperwork was effortless, he quoted the best price he could do, with research on the web we knew it was a good one and he wrote everything up. Then came the dreaded meet the finance guy, only this time it wasn't!!!! Tim Hanson was amazing, he already had everything printed up for us except the actual costs, showed us what we could add on and gave recommendations including some where he simply said this is not worth the money. He was fun, happy, and obviously both Kevin and Tim take pride in doing a great job while remaining super friendly. I hope Subaru continues to make great cars because I see no reason to go anywhere else when we want another car. Tucson Subaru is the best!!!
