After 3 days, finally got an answer and had it installed. Car was leaking oil within 2 weeks. Took a week for the part to show up. Then they said it would take a few hours to get it fixed. Now it’s 3 days. I’ve been to several dealers the last 20 yrs and this dealer, by far, is the worst. The service department literally killed the entire pleasant experience during the purchase. If I could take the car back and get my money, I would. Don’t buy from here unless you want headaches and run around. More
