Great Overall Experience My current lease was set to expire and I was interested in getting a new Cadillac XT4. I contacted Mr. Malouf and explained what I had in mind and wi My current lease was set to expire and I was interested in getting a new Cadillac XT4. I contacted Mr. Malouf and explained what I had in mind and within a couple of days he had located a vehicle in the color I wanted with all of the features that were important to me, and at an agreeable price. I scheduled an appointment to see the car, was met by the sales manager and assigned to one of the salesmen on duty. The sales person was very knowledgable and took great care in explaining the many features of the car. Two days later we picked up our new XT4. The Malouf team was great throughout the entire process. Having been a Malouf customer since 1982, and having purchased or leased vehicles from the Malouf family of dealerships, including Buick, Chevrolet, GMC, Ford and now Cadillac, I would not hesitate to recommend Malouf to anyone interested in a new car. More

Kevin is a good salesman , very respectful knows how to treat and deal with customers, if it’s not for him the deal would have not been made .. He care and anxious to make a deal. I almost got my car from treat and deal with customers, if it’s not for him the deal would have not been made .. He care and anxious to make a deal. I almost got my car from McGuire Cadillac ,but for Kevin. I had hoped that the rest of the people who participated in that deal (up to bottom) were deal’s maker like him. Sales people like Kevin should have given more participation to make the deal than give all powers and decision making to people who act as if they smarter than customers and give the impression that they want to take customers for a ride.
