He followed up with me consistently every single month, never in a pushy way, just staying connected and keeping me in mind. Then one day, he found the perfect vehicle that matched everything I had told him and he reached out immediately. From that point on, the entire process was smooth, seamless, and incredibly convenient. I was able to handle everything over the phone and didn’t even step into the dealership until it was time to sign paperwork and pick up my car.
