I've been in the automotive industry for 19.5 years. 15 years of that I've enjoyed helping customers with credit challenges into vehicles and re-establish credit. 4 years ago, I've had the opportunity learn the other part of the industry by helping great credit customers beat these high rates as a finance manager. Outside of the business l enjoy spending time with my wife and kids an addition to the family our pup (GS/Rotty) on my days off! I'm a loving father of three, and soon to having our 4th! My salesman Marvin was the best. He did ever In his will to get me in the car that I wanted. The car is very nice with low mileage. I informed Marvin of my situation and he was able to get my deal worked out in less than 24 hours. I was very appreciative of the excellent customer service that I received. I have already referred 2 people to him to call on when they decide to get another vehicle. Marvin was very down to earth and made sure I understood what to expect. We chatted as if we had known each other for years. I felt very comfortable with talking to him. In the future, I will continue to inform people around me of Marvin’s excellent customer service and expertise in knowing how to make people feel comfortable when buying a car. If(when) I’m in need of a new car, I will definitely go see Marvin. On this note give him a try. More

Big shoutout to Marvin at Dallas Lease Returns. Two years ago, I couldn't get a deal done due to credit hurdles, but Marvin’s vibe and respect stayed with me. I vowed that when the time was right he would be my first stop, and I kept that promise. This time, with better credit standing...I was looking at three options from three different dealers, with approvals ready for a CX-90 and a Q8. The GV80 wasn't even on my radar, and the price tag was a stretch for the payment I wanted. But Marvin mapped it all out, compared it to my past vehicles, and showed me why it was worth it. And man, was he right. Driving it now... my god! I love this vehicle. The ultimate deciding factor wasn't the metal. Marvin is naturally a people person and just an incredibly good-spirited guy, felt like buying a car from a close friend. Exceptional service. More
