Professional! Responsive! Attentive! Not aggressive, but kindly Persuasive! LISTENS to you! WORKS FOR YOU! LIGHTNING FAST! Knowledgeable! Those descriptions don’t Responsive! Attentive! Not aggressive, but kindly Persuasive! LISTENS to you! WORKS FOR YOU! LIGHTNING FAST! Knowledgeable! Those descriptions don’t even scratch the surface of my SUV buying experience with Mr. KERRON SAYERS!! When I tell you, I ABSOLUTELY HATE BUYING CARS! Please believe me! You spend an entire day and you might get fast-talked into purchasing a vehicle you don’t even want, but you go along knowing that transportation is key! But KERRON SAYERS has changed my negative opinion about the vehicle buying process because KERRON IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN THE CAR SELLING BIZ! He called me at 9AM! We only spoke for about 5 minutes- because I knew what I wanted and the first vehicle he showed me over the phone was NOT on my list at all! I was quite adamant about the SUV I wanted and I was being oh so very picky about what I wanted in that 5 minute conversation. Bless his heart! 10AM KERRON called me back with more options and for the next 17 minutes was EXTREMELY PATIENT with me! I was still so very picky- just extra I’ll admit- but KERRON guided me with professionalism but also made me feel as if I were a member of his family! We reviewed what seemed like the entire DLR SUV inventory! (laughing so hard!) Funny thing is, after reviewing my call log, we never spent that much time on the phone. Guess what? Between those 2 phone calls, we had only spent a total of 22 consecutive minutes on the phone. At 11AM, this was KERRON’s final call to me… and the next critical 10 minutes was spent completing 98% of the buying process OVER THE PHONE! because I had made my highly informed decision! Of course I chose the SUV KERRON initially recommended! Wow, the first vehicle KERRON showed me is the vehicle I drove home in! I’m still very excited as I write this review because KERRON made everything so very easy! He is God-sent! His kindness, patience and professionalism had me texting everyone about how quick and easy the entire process was from the initial phone call- to me driving home in my “Hot Girl / Sports-Mom Ride!!” as my family and friends call it! When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time of 12:45, KERRON had the PAPERWORK, MY NEW SUV, and TEMP LICENSE TAG ALL READY!! In 3 easy steps, all I did was: 1) Test Drive the Vehicle; 2) Sign on the Line; 3) DRIVE MY NEW SUV! The pictures online didn’t even do my Hot Girl / Sports-Mom Ride any justice. I absolutely Love my new SUV! THANKS, KERRON! YOU ARE AWESOME! Simply AMAZING! The Best at What You Do! I am so thankful I answered your call! God bless~ JCampbell More
