Service wasn't not aware of what needed to be performed on the car, and I had to contact Sales to confirm the installation of the splash guards. The wait was long and the car wash promised was not perform on the car, and I had to contact Sales to confirm the installation of the splash guards. They kept me updated the entire time, explained everything clearly, and handled the issue with real professionalism and care. Within just two days, they diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and returned my car driving perfectly — smooth, quiet, and back to normal. I truly appreciate how fast and exceptional their service was. They made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole process.
