Our experience with this dealership was great. We were referred to Mr. Castle, Henry, by our son who spoke very highly of him when he purchased a car with him. Mr. Castle was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional with us. We told him that we was looking for a car for our daughters birthday. He showed us different cars and answered our questions. The service was great and he stood behind his words when he said that he would get us a second key because at the time of purchase there was only one key available. While we were waiting for our turn to complete our paperwork, I was going to my car to find something to eat, I was stopped and offered food from the lunch they had ordered. I am very big on customer service I give great customer service and I expect good customer service, Our experience was positive I have already recommended Mr. Castle to a friend when she’s ready to make her purchase. More

Caselle was referred to us by our previous sales person Kenny who is now in finance department . It was a smooth and easy process did everything over the phone ahead of time so when it came time to pick up the vehicle Kenny in financing had us in and out . This is our second lease with Kenny and suburban Chrysler we definitely will be back . They were able to pull us out early from our lease to avoid going over miles . I have been trying to cancel my service contract because I had to pay twice out of pocket because the Lithia Platinum Plan actually covers nothing, and I was charged $3846.00 for this coverage. I had 70,108 I had to pay twice out of pocket because the Lithia Platinum Plan actually covers nothing, and I was charged $3846.00 for this coverage. I had 70,108 miles (7/01/2024) on my car when I took the car in for repair for bad oil leaking, burning smells, smoke coming from under my hood as well as smoke coming from my air condition and my claim was denied. I have been getting nothing but the run around. His mailbox is always full. Kenny sold me the car in 8/2022 and wouldn't call me back then. I tried to cancel back when Tim Brown was the finance manager, but he also never called back. Now Kenny is the finance manager and still refuses to handle this matter. I have been reading about Lithia Driveway service contract and the reviews say nothing but scammers. I want this contract cancelled. More
