Having an honest dealership is rare, so I'm glad we have Cleveland Toyota here in our area. This is my 2nd vehicle I've purchased through them with Kenny Jones being my repeat salesman. Kenny's knowledge of the vehicles, both new and used, are super helpful. With my wife's brand new Rav4 Hybrid last month and now my used 2022 Tundra, he's been very knowledgeable and upfront about everything, and even on the phone he has been super responsive anytime I call. We'll be back for my 2nd daughter's car for sure because we love the reliability and quality of Toyota vehicles and this particular dealership is far superior to the rest. I also want to give a shout out to our finance person Crystal Thompson who is always so thorough and pretty quick with our financing, and just a kind-hearted person in general. The floor managers and service ladies at the front desk who are always kind make a big impression as well, and the other salesmen who never fail to greet us on our way in and always open the doors for my wife and daughters like gentlemen should. A great team to deal with and a pleasure. More

Kenny Jones was our salesman. We’ve dealt with a lot of different ones at other dealerships both good and bad and he was definitely one of the good ones. He was very knowledgeable with the technical questions, but spoke in layman terms to make it understandable to my wife. He was cordial and friendly, and worked hard to make us happy. He was upfront and not pretentious so it made us feel like we were dealing with someone honest. Crystal Thompson did our financing and she was very kind and patient and worked hard as well. I felt a little bad because I had a work meeting so we were rushing, but she did the paperwork as fast as she could and was still polite and had a smile the whole time. I’ve also never had a manager ant a dealership introduce himself to us, which Tyler Rutledge did. He came over a few times to check on us and see if everything was being taken care of to our liking. Lastly, Weston Whitaker took care of getting our car ready to drive off the lot. Because we were in a rush it put a lot of pressure on him, but we are thankful he got us our car as quickly as possible and thank him for going the extra mile to make us happy. I recently purchased a 2023 Subaru Ascent from this dealership, and I could not recommend it more for anyone who is looking to buy a new car. For starters, we live in Maryland, so things were a little more difficult in terms of what information needed to be sent where, but the dealership took care of EVERYTHING. Kenny Jones was so patient with my husband and I as we were looking to find the perfect upgrade before our long roundtrip back. We sat in 4-5 different vehicles and test drove 3 of them and his guidance and feedback were bar none. He also helped us work through any other issues with us not residing in Tennessee. Justice Goodner helped with the financing part of our deal, and he also was very informative and set up everything we needed to do once we got back home. I seriously cannot not talk about the great experience enough! More

This dealership has always treated us fairly. They take time with us to allow us to ask questions and test drive cars until we have a made an informed decision. We have never felt pressured to buy a car from this dealership. The salesman even allowed me to try out my phone on the car to make sure all the options were available as advertised. Negotiation is always a stressful part of buying a car but they made it easy and worked with us through the process. We never felt like we were being taken advantage or manipulated like we have in other dealerships. Kenny Jones, our sales guy was very kind and patient with us. Julien Allinder, the finance guy, was also very patient as we asked what seems like hundreds of questions regarding financing and warranty options. He went through every scenario and really tried to get us best options for our money and even helped lower our payment. I highly recommend this dealership. Alfred was the first salesman we met on an earlier visit but he was on vacation when we returned. Alfred was also very nice and patient with us and we wish he could have gotten credit for sale because part of the reason we returned was because of him. We didn't plan on buying but found a used car with low mileage and decided we needed to buy as it would be gone soon. I highly recommend both Kenny and Alfred. More

Crystal Thompson handled the financial part with ease. We left to have lunch and celebrate my mother's 82 birthday. When we came back, car was detailed, full of gas and ready to take home. Nothing is quick in buying a car, but these two made it painless. More
