We live in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago and recently drove 50 miles to Honda of Kenosha — and it was absolutely worth the trip. He knew the CR-V inside and out and took the time to make sure we were fully informed about every feature. His approach was genuine and patient — Ken is a true role model for how sales should be done… We also met Mousa, the General Sales Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Both Ken and Mousa made us feel valued and respected throughout the entire process… Having purchased many vehicles in my nearly 70 years, I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
