I’ve always had amazing experience with Toyota. This last service was one of the reasons I keep coming back to them. I had an issue with the car that they found while doing my regular service vis This last service was one of the reasons I keep coming back to them. I had an issue with the car that they found while doing my regular service visit, which is something I financially was not ready for since we just came back from a big vacation. When I explained my situation to our service advisor Justin Michela, he did his best to help me out to get the job done at a rate I can afford. Since my husband was getting his car serviced, he gave him the regular service discount and he was very transparent about the wait times for both services. It was an excellent experience overall. I went into Findlay Toyota in early October 2022 looking for a new RAV4. I spoke with Ken Kemp and found out there were none to be had but they were expecting a shipment at the end of the month or the begi for a new RAV4.
