A friendly, efficient and enjoyable experience. I had been waiting for the new 2015 Camry Hybrids to be released and visited the dealership after they got their first delivery. Kendall was extremel I had been waiting for the new 2015 Camry Hybrids to be released and visited the dealership after they got their first delivery. Kendall was extremely helpful without being pushy and helped me determine some of the options I would be interested in adding to my car. Although due to a mixup another gentleman ended up helping me on my next visit, Kendall continued to greet me and check on my satisfaction on my subsequent visits to the dealership. Even after I had ordered my car, Kendall continued to sshow interest when I stopped by the dealership. When my salesman moved on to other opportunities, Kendall picked things up as if there had never been anyone else involved and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase experience. Victoria was very pleasant to work with when I picked up my car. Along with having a good sense of humor and a friendly attitude, she was patient with this old man while explaining some of the new electronics on the car to me. I would like to extend a special thanks to Jeff Alstatt, who negotiated my pricing, determined availability, expedited my delivery and kept me updated on the progress of my purchase. Jeff filled the voids that my original salesman of record (He has since left the industry) created. After 2 days, I love my new car and extremely happy with my experience at the Olathe Toyota dealership. Although I do not normally enjoy the experience of purchasing a new car, (my previous car had 277,000 miles on it and was 8 years old), I would heartily recommend visiting Olathe Toyota, Kendall and the crew for your next auto purchase. More
