She has always been so willing to assist us - even though we never ended up purhasing a vehicle. My husband is in sales and understands the value of the "relationship". We stopped in yesterday thinking we would look at a Camry because we are practical people looking for a good value and great milage (we keep our cars a long time). After driving the Camry Hybrid, while a nice car, it didn't offer some of the luxury that I'm used to (Infiniti owner). Shannon was busy with other customers who had made an appointment (we had not) and she asked if Kendall could go with us to test drive an Avalon. I was opposed to an Avalon as being the car for the geriatric generation. I was quite surprised in the ride, handling and style of the car. Kendall was very well informed and his "newness" didn't show thru. Both Kendall and Shannon made the experience of buying a new car from Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota a pleasant one. Everyone was pleasant, attentive, but not pushy. I would recommend the dealership to others looking for exceptional service. More

I have never purchased a car without my husband, so I was very nervous going in. Kendall immediately put me at ease with his knowledge, friendliness, and willingness to help. His customer service skills are admirable. Whatever I needed was immediately addressed. He was quick to call back if I called with any questions and rapidly got back to me if he had to check on anything in order to give me answers. He was always polite and anxious to make my experience a pleasant one. He was not aggressive, which I so appreciated, but made several recommendations as to options, etc, that I'm so glad I took his suggestions on. After my car as ordered, he touched base with me every so often till it arrived- and has checked in with me since I received it to make sure I was pleased and had no questions on anything. His enthusiasm was mirrored by everyone I dealt with at the Olathe Toyota dealership I've already given Kendall's card to a neighbor and a friend and told them about my great experience. Kendall Kile at Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota was pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. I did not know if I would purchase a car when I pulled in the lot but Kendall helped me to test drive several differen helpful and easy to work with.
