I have to say that Mel was so amazing that I have no words to describe how professional she was and how caring for another human being,period! They waited for us to drive an hour to get to them and the words to describe how professional she was and how caring for another human being,period! Mr K in financing was very professional and patient with us, took the time to explain everything with no rush, even though we got there at 8:50pm and they close at 9pm.. We have never been at this dealership in Tampa before since we live an hour away but they had the car we wanted so we drove! We're glad we did! The possibilities of returning here are pretty high whenever we are in need of another car! More
