Good service, but took way too long considering I had an appointment for a basic oil change with no additional work or checks being done. 1 hour 45 minutes out the door is pretty long. appointment for a basic oil change with no additional work or checks being done. 1 hour 45 minutes out the door is pretty long. Great place to buy a vehicle. The staff was friendly and the buying experience was great. I will definitely continue to buy and service my vehicles at Luther Kia. I brought my 2025 Kia Telluride in for service because I couldn't lock the car doors from the driver or passenger door when the doors were open and I couldn't get the remote start to work. Everyone was ver couldn't lock the car doors from the driver or passenger door when the doors were open and I couldn't get the remote start to work. Everyone was very nice and I was notified that my car was ready much sooner than anticipated. However, when I got home I realized that the two issues remained unresolved. Then I read through the paperwork I had been given on my way out the door and read that the doors were not supposed to lock when the driver door is open, and staff got the remote start to work so no corrective action was taken on either issue. I figured out on my own from a hard-to-find Kia video that I wasn't locking the doors from my fob before pushing the remote start button (my three previous vehicles with remote start all required just the pressing of the start button). No one at the dealership told me that they did nothing to address my issues, nor did they think to tell me that my problems with the remote start were caused by my failure to press the right button on the fob or that the doors were not able to be locked when a front door is open.
