Purchasing a new car for the first time can be intimidating, and my fear was working with an overly ambitious sales representative that doesn’t have my best interest at heart. Fortunately, this was not my experience at Toyota Malvern. Upon arrival, we were greeted several times and staff ensured that we were being assisted. While we were waiting for Nicole, the sales representative I worked with, to arrive, the manager prepared the car I wanted to test drive and kept me updated on Nicole’s arrival. Nicole herself was very knowledgeable and helpful. She ensured that I had all my requirements for a car met. She not only gave me several options, but walked me through them and let me take the lead.
