I inquired about a vehicle with Kevin. I asked him for a purchase order which shouldn’t take long at all to do. Day after day he kept giving me run arounds “ waiting on my finance manager” I asked him for a purchase order which shouldn’t take long at all to do. Day after day he kept giving me run arounds “ waiting on my finance manager” then told me he’d get it to me the next day for whatever reason. Never heard from him the following day asking minutes later he emails me with a newer year and not the model or color I was interested in. At that point I was never told the car I inquired in was no longer available. I could have been informed that someone else was interested or already going through the process instead I was lead on getting the run arounds for days. Very unprofessional. More

This makes Kelvin, not just a salesmen, but he supported us as an advocate. This is rare in my experience and makes Kelvin unique. I purposely repeated my shopping experience at Koons based on working with Kelvin. The dealerssholip also gets high marks for being super competitive and super convenient, including delivery to our door and the quickest and easiest execution of documents I have ever encountered. Koons sold us a 2024 Trax significantly under MSRP, when all other dealerships would not even respond to an under MSRP offer. (* Chevy Trax is GM's 3rd best selling SUV currently) Koons had the deal summed up and the SUV delivered the following day to my door step. It took Ten minutes to execute docs and leave to celebrate with dinner. I've bought and sold over forty vehicles in my 58 years and Koons and it's super staff really impressed me. No easy feat.
