I was repeatedly promised my car was done by Kevin only to have to follow up and ask what happened. He was full of reasons and excuses but I had to complain to get answers and management didn’t call even a to have to follow up and ask what happened. He was full of reasons and excuses but I had to complain to get answers and management didn’t call even after promising to do so. My BMW will be serviced by another dealership. I won’t be returning. 7 weeks is too long for not getting regular updates More
