Hey all and welcome! I am Kelli Slavens, and I am a sales and leasing consultant here with Fred Martin Superstore. My journey began over a decade ago, when I was first hired in the accounting office. I have helped people with filing GAP claims for their total loss, warranties, receipting down payment money to now helping you find the right vehicle for you! When I'm not helping a customer find their next vehicle, you will find me on the soccer field! Soccer has been a huge part of my life since I was a child. So when my playing career came to an end after high school, I decided to coach, become a U.S. Soccer Referee, Ohio Soccer Athletic Association Referee, and have served as a board member for Greater Akron Soccer Officials Association for the last 3 years! KELLI THE SALES PERSON WAS GREAT IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO HELP ME MAKE MY PURCHASE. UNFORTUNATELY I BOUGHT THE JEEP REMOTELY AND THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART THIS TIME. I BOUGHT @ 10 VEHICLES THIS WAY O HELP ME MAKE MY PURCHASE. UNFORTUNATELY I BOUGHT THE JEEP REMOTELY AND THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART THIS TIME. I BOUGHT @ 10 VEHICLES THIS WAY OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A BAD VEHICLE SHOW UP AT MY DOOR. THIS TIME IT WAS DIFFERENT. THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD TO ME FOR TOP DOLLAR FOR THE YEAR AND MILES BUT ARRIVED AT MY DOOR WITH MAJOR MECHANICAL ISSUES UNDISCLOSED BY THE DEALESHIP. THIS WAS NOT THE SALES PERSONS FAULT IN ANY WAY--IT WAS THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS DEALERSHIP. HOW DO YOU SELL A USED CAR FOR TOP DOLLAR THAT HAS 3 OF 4 DOORS RUSTED SHUT AND NON FUNCTIONAL AND A VEHICLE THAT WHEN DELIVERED TO MY NEW DRIVEWAY LEAVES LEAKING MOTOR OIL ALL OVER THE DRIVEWAY, HOW DO YOU DELIVER A VEHICLE WITH LOW MOTOR OIL AND NO COOLANT IN THE RESEVOIR. AND HOW DO YOU NOT DISCLOSE THE RADIO DOES NOT WORK. I KNOW FULL WELL THAT BUYING REMOTELY SIGHT UNSEEN CAN BE A RISK BUT EVERY OTHER DEALER THAT I BOUGHT FROM THIS WAY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO ACCURATELY DESCRIBE AND DISCLOSE EVERTHING WRONG WITH THE USED VEHICLE THEY WERE SELLING ME REMOTELY-THAT'S JUST WHAT HONEST CAR DEALERS DO. WOW WOW WOW. I wish I could give more then 5 star. Kelli knows her stuff. I was about to walk when I saw what my new payment would be. But Kelli showed me logic I wish I could give more then 5 star. As I said in my first review, the sales team (especially Kelli Slavens) went above and beyond what I truly expected from them. They gave us the best car buying experience that I have ever had in my life and Kelli Slavens) went above and beyond what I truly expected from them. They gave us the best car buying experience that I have ever had in my life and at 75 YOA, I have had many. They were always friendly, curteous, caring, and patient during our experience with them. I'm not sure whether the Finance Department is considered part of the sales team or not, but there are a couple of things that could have expedited and made the experience even better. One thing is that they should ALWAYS do is identify who they are immediately in verbal communications. They do in written communications, so they should in verbal as well. I never had that problem with the sales personnel. The other thing they should ALWAYS do is to verify the email address with the customer before sending any emails (especially documents). That mistake could have saved the two extra days that it cost in the transaction. Other than that, I still say it was THE BEST experience that I have had and I would recommend the Fred Martin Superstore for anyone who needs to purchase a vehicle. More

Kelli was really great to work with and made my entire car buying process extremely easy and straightforward! I came in looking for a specific car and she didn’t waste my time and got me in and out very q car buying process extremely easy and straightforward!
