We're sorry to hear your experience was anything less than 5-stars, however, this vehicle was purchased "as-is" and you were informed prior to purchase that this vehicle was not inspected. This was signed in multiple places. When issues arose, we offered to look at the vehicle but this offer was declined as the wheel bearing is not covered under the purchased service contract. Our General Sales Manager also reached out to offer covering part of the cost of the wheel bearing, and this offer was also declined. We again apologize that this was your experience but we have made every attempt to accommodate this issue. We thank you for your comments.

He also was very rude and said that a bad wheel bearing wouldn't make a vehicle unsafe which it actually does. So why would I trust a place that continues to lie? Your team is full of liars and all around horrible people.

I was attempting an online purchase for a van for my
wife. We are over 3 hours away. I called and spoke with a salesperson, who did a great job, and asked some questions as we were not there. I specific

I specifically was worried about tires, as they were shown by Carfax to be original. I asked if they were replaced, as I didn't want to pay their asking price if it had low tires. They specifically told me they were replaced and new... I purchased the van, went thru all the paper work, and something in my gut told me to doublecheck the tires.. Sure enough... they were just rotated and balanced and 50% life left. I asked for them to replace tires as they said, but they refused. I had to cancel the deal, more about they're mis-representation than any thing else. Then to top it off, I used my Chrysler reward points. They cancelled those after the fact, but now I have to wait over 30 days for them to be credited back to me...
I now know why car dealerships have such bad reps... What a waste over a set of tires... It may seem trivial, but it was my hot button... This could have easily been a 5 star review, but when you mis-represent something, face up to it, make it right, and move on...
My salesperson Lisa, did her best, but it was above her paygrade unfortunately...

Good Afternoon. We apologize for the miscommunication on our behalf. The manager you had spoken with was under the impression that the tires had been replaced when they had merely passed inspection. Unfortunately, we were unable to get new tires for the vehicle. However, we did offer a $300 check towards the new tires that would be needed. We apologize that we could not come to an agreement on this deal. We thank you for reaching out to us with your business and for your review.
