Had a 730 appointment for an alignment. Was quoted a time frame of 2 hours, thus 930am. I had to keep inquiring with Kayla about the status of my car. She was vague and then tried to sell m Was quoted a time frame of 2 hours, thus 930am. I had to keep inquiring with Kayla about the status of my car. She was vague and then tried to sell me repairs that I had done myself and the reason the car was in being serviced. She knew it was urgent for me to be at work and yet she didn't check on my car and it was done and sitting....and not until I went into to service office did she then inquire about my car...sending a text message to tech. Instantly the tech walked in with my keys and paperwork. She then passed me off to another advisor. I was charged for 'environmental fees' on an alignment and did not receive an alignment spec sheet either. She said my alignment wouldn't be within spec because I had a bad right LCA, which I just replaced with a brand new oem lca. My car pulls hard to the left after the alignment. I don't feel I got a quality alignment and sought a second opinion, where I was notified that I got a 'LAZY' alignment. My car now drives straight. I will not be returning to Corwin Ford. I have a been a customer of Gus Johnson since 2015 and this was by far the worst experience I have had at any Ford dealer. More

Service center is very hard to get to. The automated answer service is not user friendly. Never gives you the option to talk to a person. We have a problem with a part they put on. They said they would call back within an hour. Still have not gotten a call. Disappointed. Used to get great service. More
