I have Never had the experience I’ve had with my sales rep Percy and the dealership at Mercedes Benz of Silver Springs. After I purchase my vehicle Percy followed up with me he made every effort to make rep Percy and the dealership at Mercedes Benz of Silver Springs. After I purchase my vehicle Percy followed up with me he made every effort to make sure I was satisfied he went beyond the call of duty and was genuinely concerned about my happiness and satisfaction I have purchased other Mercedes from different locations that Percy made me feel like a valued customer and for that I will continue to be a Mercedes owner forever, I was previously a Lexus owner nothing, against Lexus car however to me service means everything, However customer satisfaction means more, trust me I have given Percy/ Mercedes many challenges and they have exceeded my expectations.
