For a broken side mirror, it was there for over 4wks cause the mirror was on back order. They made about $15,000 plus I had to come out my pocket 3,500 cause I had a minor damage to their loaner car. They're straight up and down RIP OFF. My service advisor Miss Muniz is the best, she always goes above and beyond to make sure my visit to the service center was a good one and my problem was going to be fix whatever it takes. I felt my situation with the loaner car could have ended much better than it did with the service manager. I'm a customer than come they very often and it just make leave with a bad taste in my mouth for Rallye BMW. And I was in contact to leave the X3 M with Keith Linsay and I purposely let the deal fall through because of my situation in service. More

I gave my specs and my budget and Keith matched me with my new car. I went to pick up the car and everyone there was so pleasant and easy to speak with. They really seem as if they enjoy coming to work. Keith and Hasan took the time to explain the paperwork and patiently answered my many questions. Keith my salesperson was excellent -- no hard pressure tactics, provided I walked in and decided to buy an X7 right off the showroom floor that day. Keith my salesperson was excellent -- no hard pressure tactics, provided helpful information, and was responsive. My experience in general was great, though the only negative part of the experience was the hard sell I got after being brought up to see the sales manager. Really, I just wanted to process the paperwork and make my payment. I didn't haggle on the price, and took their first offer for my trade-in, which I found reasonable, I paid the balance with a bank check to make life easy--I have to imagine I was the dream customer. But I found it frustrating when they find an excuse to put you in front of the pushy sales manager, who at first began by trying to sell me all sorts of insurance and add-on packages I was not interested in (what, the six figures I'm paying for the vehicle is not enough!?), but I found it over the top when she refused to take no for an answer and continued to pressure me. Felt more like a low-end used car dealership in that moment, and not what I expect from a place like Rallye. In any event, otherwise the service was excellent, and Keith my main salesperson was fantastic. More
