BMW Rally My first experience at Rally BMW went without any issues. I previously dealt with Free Port BMW and Joe Cavero for over 15 years. However, since J My first experience at Rally BMW went without any issues. I previously dealt with Free Port BMW and Joe Cavero for over 15 years. However, since Joe made the move over to Rally , it would make sense for me to also follow him. Joe has always taken care of my family ( my Dad and I) when it came time to finding the right BMW to fit our needs. The turning in my 2017 X4 , and getting me into a new 2020 X4 went without a hitch. Joe made sure he built me the correct X4, with the equipment that I requested . He was also very aggressive with getting me the financial deal that I needed. As my 2017 X4 , was coming off lease 11/26/19 and the new lease won't arrive until the first week in December he quided me to get a courtesy extension for 10 days. When the car arrived I was again notified promptly by Joe and the Keith Lindsay, again another great asset to the Rally BMW team. Keith was a pleasure to deal with on my delivery, couldn't be more helpful. I then met Charles Winters for the financial portion of my lease. He also , was a pleasure to deal with. I believe the entire process was approximately an hour. This was truely a great experience and will not hesitate to recommend Rally to each and everyone who asks. Thanks again Ray Falco More

My Experience at Rallye BMW Service Center The tactic they used is all about draining my warranty come out of money. My car went in the service dept. For a broken side mirror, it was there for The tactic they used is all about draining my warranty come out of money. My car went in the service dept. For a broken side mirror, it was there for over 4wks cause the mirror was on back order. They made about $15,000 plus I had to come out my pocket 3,500 cause I had a minor damage to their loaner car. They're straight up and down RIP OFF. My service advisor Miss Muniz is the best, she always goes above and beyond to make sure my visit to the service center was a good one and my problem was going to be fix whatever it takes. I felt my situation with the loaner car could have ended much better than it did with the service manager. I'm a customer than come they very often and it just make leave with a bad taste in my mouth for Rallye BMW. And I was in contact to leave the X3 M with Keith Linsay and I purposely let the deal fall through because of my situation in service. More
