Once I decided to make the purchase, Keith in finance took the time to review finance options and the impact of purchasing an extended warranty. A few days after purchase, while making a u-turn at an intersection, I heard a rubbing noise and took the vehicle to the service department. It turned out to be a backing plate to a front brake that needed adjustment, easy fix quickly taken care of. Service department personnel were pleasant to work with. I will be taking the vehicle here for service, when needed. Overall, a terrific experience working with Concordville Subaru. More

Andrew was very helpful…and understanding about repeating explanations when we returned to look at the Forester model.
