I brought my Escape into Miller motors for an oil change. While I was waiting I decided to talk to a sales person. I was introduced to Jacob Weidert. I was impressed with Jacob. After selling cars for 25year While I was waiting I decided to talk to a sales person. I was introduced to Jacob Weidert. I was impressed with Jacob. I could not give a '5' rating because the oil fill cap was not reinstalled after the oil change was completed. The 'check engine' light came on before I could get up to Walmart. I returned immediately a was not reinstalled after the oil change was completed. The 'check engine' light came on before I could get up to Walmart. I returned immediately and one of the service techs found the oil fill cap sandwiched under the hood, so it was not lost. After it was properly installed, all was good. More
