Worst customer service ever. The car had an immediate problem after purchase. It was then at the dealer nearly 2 months. In that time we received only 2 updates with the last one The car had an immediate problem after purchase. It was then at the dealer nearly 2 months. In that time we received only 2 updates with the last one being we think your car will be ready tomorrow, and then we never heard from Kei again. Upon return it didn’t seem like the issue was fully resolved and there was a new rattling sound. Luckily in the time that the car was at the dealer we were able negotiate with Hyundai to buy back the car at the full cost we had paid for it. More
