We bought a 2017 Bolt EV back in Jan and the process went mostly smooth but the center display/infotainment panel was nonfunctioning and the sales dept kept saying they'd get this fixed and get someone from mostly smooth but the center display/infotainment panel was nonfunctioning and the sales dept kept saying they'd get this fixed and get someone from the service dept to call us the next day to get is scheduled. No one from the service dept ever did call us and a couple follow ups and two months later with both our sales rep and finance manager produced no results. Our Bolt was GM repurchase and so fortunately under a 12 month extended warranty and fortunately we received a confirmation letter in the mail from GM attesting to this fact. So with this letter in hand, we called the service dept and were able to get it scheduled and repaired, but not after some rude interactions with the service customer service rep. Overall the experience was lest than stellar given our interactions with service and sales never following through on what they initially promised. Basically sales over promised for service's customer service underperformance. The actual work that service did went without any hitches and the display works beautifully! For anyone thinking of purchasing from McLoughlin, before you drive your vehicle off their lot, make sure you get some assurance or perhaps even something in writing of any promises made by sales with regards to service that needs to completed prior to taking possession. More

Asked them to add an additional quart of transmission fluid while they were changing the filter and fluid in the transmission.
