Honda of Columbia service is top notch. They keep me aware of everything they’re doing and let me know when things are coming up and what I need to worry about now and what can wait. The Service Advisor, Austin Barlow of Lexington was very knowledgeable and very nice. Kayla Davis met me to take my vehicle with a fresh beautiful smile and greeting. In my opinion Austin and Kayla are an a knowledgeable and very nice. Kayla Davis met me to take my vehicle with a fresh beautiful smile and greeting. In my opinion Austin and Kayla are an asset and blessing to Honda of Columbia. Most of my work needed on my Honda is done at this Honda location. However, the repairs for my vehicle were more than the van is worth so I did not get the repairs done and I am not in the market for a new vehicle. This one is not paid for as of yet. I enjoy the choice to take the shuttle home or remain in the lobby, The time I was in the lobby was an hour and half, I had an appointment for 7:00 am and they open at 7:30 am. I was in and out in an adequate time frame. More

I purchased my CRV here several years ago. We moved to another area of town and attempted to go to that dealership where we felt lied to and frankly ripped off. We found that Honda of Columbia is vastly superior in not only the quality of their work but also the service team members. I have never felt that they were attempting to up sell or take advantage of me. I actually took my vehicle in this time as I was told a repair was needed. They assessed the car and told me this was not the case versus charging 400 dollars for something unnecessary. Even though it is a little out of the way, I will always be bringing my car to Honda of Columbia in the future. Really appreciate the honest and great service they provide! More

I needed 50,000 mile service and the crew was quick and efficient. As always Kayla Davis was friendly and kept me informed about the progress. Service with Honda of Columbia has been second to none. I have 2 Honda's and have been using them since 2008. I would not use anyone else. They never do work that is unnecessary and will tell you when some I have 2 Honda's and have been using them since 2008. I would not use anyone else. They never do work that is unnecessary and will tell you when something need to be done but can wait. Never any pressure in sales or service. Ask for Leroy if you need you need to buy a vehicle. That is who I used.. More
