I had my 21 Highlander serviced at your dealership. After taking delivery, after service, a warning light, Low Wind Screen Washer Fluid came on. I checked the fluids and none had been checked and topped off. I had to purchase a gallon of windscreen washer fluid. I had to return my vehicle to complete the necessary fluid fill. When I first returned the vehicle, I was told by two employees that the levels were correct. I asked for a manager and he had the fluids added. Not impressed with your service team, except the manager. I do not know who Kaua Pouha is. More
