I specifically asked the representative to check the right-rear door which would not lock. No repair was done to the door! The regular service was done in record time. For that I am grateful. I would like a phone call from the dealership with an invitation to bring the car back in for a repair to the door. If the vehicle cannot be locked, it is vulnerable to theft. Dave Willmore More

Drew is great. Got me in for an alignment for our brand new 2024 Sequoia Platinum. It was delivered to us in poor shape. Pulled to the right. Also the leg extens Got me in for an alignment for our brand new 2024 Sequoia Platinum. It was delivered to us in poor shape. Pulled to the right. Also the leg extension feature for the driver side didn’t work correctly. When we got it back on Friday the alignment was not fixed correctly. It now pulls to the left. The steering wheel is off center still. And the seat issue was not addressed. The tech told Drew that there is a sensor that kills the switch if it feels weight. That bull crap. I tried using it today with no luck. I even tried it without sitting in the seat. Switch still doesn’t work. All the other seat adjustments work fine. More
