I was helped by Jared Barrera on of their Sales Consultant. It was his new role and I was probably first few of his customers in the sales role. He was very professional and primarily customer centric. He ensured that I was provided with all the necessary information even the one I had missed. This kind of customer support is rarely experienced in these days. He not only ensured that I got my car of of the door on time on the day I wanted but he followed up with me for the next couple of days without any hesitation. This really proves his positive attitude towards his job and prioritizing customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Valley Honda and if possibly working with Jared Barrera for any business there.
