I came in wanting a new Sierra SLT with all the bells and whistles. With all of the incentives and a decent APR rate at hand, and Shawn working for me, I was able to afford my new truck. The finance guy made things easy, explaining the numbers to me on the BIG screen. I was even able to afford an extended warranty that didn't run up my monthly payment. Everything was done in a relaxed, stress-free environment. Post Sale- Shawn is working to resolve a few small details that need fixing. Thank you overall for a job well done! Ps. Sales person was easy to deal with. We had a good experience until we got to financing. The finance manager tried to trick us into signing without telling us he added an extended warran We had a good experience until we got to financing. The finance manager tried to trick us into signing without telling us he added an extended warranty to the note at a price of $4,500.00 . If I hadn’t caught it it would have cost us an extra $100.00 a month. Other then that it was a pleasant experience. I would say just watch out when you use there financing department. More
