The coffee machine was broken and there weren't any noshes left for the customers who were there for a considerable wait time. Being the fleet manager for a mechanical contractor, I take care of twenty five Sprinter Vans along with other makes and models. Just about all of Sprinters needed to have the air bags replaced due to a safety recall. We've been rotating the vehicles in, several a week to have the recall performed. Every time I go there, you're greeted with a smile and a genuine "Welcome". Service at Rallye is "Never" a hassle, always smooth, consistent, and what was wrong is corrected, the first time. The service writer we work with, Katie Lyons is truly a gem. Cordial, friendly, always makes you feel confident that what ever issue you have it will be addressed correctly. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Rallye Motors and one of the big reasons why I have returned besides the quality of the vehicle, is the service. In the past I would avoid the dealer service centers but that mindset has changed and I am grateful that it is one less thing to be concerned about. More

I have been serviced at rallye at least 5x and have never left w/out being told that my car requires additional work, at a significant cost, which was unanticipated upon arrival. while i understand that this can validly occur on occasion it is difficult to accept it validly occurs each and every time I bring the car in. insult to injury, the quarters I keep in the ashtray for parking meters were gone following my last visit, not a huge deal, and THAT had never happened before. as HELMS brothers routinely sends service discount notifications that rallye does not, I will be visiting HELMS for my next service More
