The dealership was extremely busy at the time of my appointment, but my sales consultant Brennon was respectful of my time, courteous and very knowledgeable. Sales manager David Goncalves went over all the details in purchasing the vehicle and options available to me. A few days after my purchase, Brennon helped me to setup a hitch installation with the Service Department. Nick Gouny was Service Advisor. They did an excellent job installing the hitch and even provided me a loaner vehicle until my car was finished. This is my 5th Subaru Outback, and I just love this vehicle. In 2019 I leased a Impreza from Ertle. The process was basically a standard one, yet it was pleasant.
