In 2019 I leased a Impreza from Ertle. The process was basically a standard one, yet it was pleasant. During & currently every service visit has been very good, from their service facility to their loaner program. Ertle & S.O.A. have been very good with the few issues I've had with this car covering the costs, making me a believer in Subaru & this dealership that by giving great customer service they now have a consumer for life.
