I entered the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted - a 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan SE R Line Black. I wanted a white exterior with a beige interior, but they didn’t have it in stock. Kastriot even searched n a 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan SE R Line Black. I wanted a white exterior with a beige interior, but they didn’t have it in stock. Kastriot even searched nearby dealerships but we didn’t have any luck. I really appreciate the fact that, even though he’s a salesperson, he didn’t pressure me into buying something I didn’t want. Instead, he took my number down and promised to contact me as soon as they had what I wanted in stock. I honestly didn’t think I’d hear from him again, but a month later I got the text that they received a vehicle with my exact specifications. He sent me a video of the “fresh off the truck” vehicle. It wasn’t even fully unwrapped yet. She was a beauty! When I arrived at the dealership it was at the front of the lot waiting for a test drive. I was ecstatic! The dealership also made the process of purchasing my vehicle a breeze! The one downside, which has nothing to do with Kastriot, was the pressure we felt to purchase the add-on warranty/protection packages through the finance department. However, that seems to be a thing at every dealership. We purchased a Honda recently and went through the same thing. Overall, I would definitely purchase a vehicle with Lewisville VW again. If you plan to go, ask for Kastriot! He won’t let you down! More
