I went to the Genesis dealer, not Hyundai--though believe both dealerships are owned by the same parent. (Question sought comment on Tulsa Hyundai). You should keep a full record of all service visits so YOU will know what is going on and you won’t try to sell the customer the same “needed” service that you sold me 2 months earlier. The finance department should be honest when selling the extended warranty……it is NOT the same as a new car warranty. More

Everyone was courteous, respected my time, and the service department seemed like it was run efficiently with the volume of cars that had come in for servicing. The only thing missing are actual signs directing you where to go from the entrances to get to the service area. It was incredibly frustrating driving around and around and having to back out of areas t where to go from the entrances to get to the service area. It was incredibly frustrating driving around and around and having to back out of areas that you can't drive through. Once I was finally able to actually find the service entrance, Kasey got me checked in and explained the whole process completely. I got emails/texts directing me to a website giving me a breakdown of suggested services and was able to quickly get ahold of Kasey to discuss options and pricing. Service was complete fairly quickly and was able to pick up the same day. Very happy with everything except figuring out where to go. More
