Everyone was courteous, respected my time, and the service department seemed like it was run efficiently with the volume of cars that had come in for servicing. I do not have a smartphone so the links service department seemed like it was run efficiently with the volume of cars that had come in for servicing. I do not have a smartphone so the links to get my service information weren't accessible to obtain the info. I had my service advisor's phone number but then I got a text that had a different number which was a bit confusing. More

The only thing missing are actual signs directing you where to go from the entrances to get to the service area. It was incredibly frustrating driving around and around and having to back out of areas t where to go from the entrances to get to the service area. It was incredibly frustrating driving around and around and having to back out of areas that you can't drive through. Once I was finally able to actually find the service entrance, Kasey got me checked in and explained the whole process completely. I got emails/texts directing me to a website giving me a breakdown of suggested services and was able to quickly get ahold of Kasey to discuss options and pricing. Service was complete fairly quickly and was able to pick up the same day. Very happy with everything except figuring out where to go. More

I’ve always had good luck and will continue to return. The last visit required two appointments for window tinting because the first appointment (apparently) didn’t get to their third party vendor. The waiting area is comfortable. They have donuts, snacks, coffee and water available in the lounge. They have work space available for those who still need to continue working while their vehicle is being serviced. 10/10 recommend this dealership. More
