Over the last 3 months have had my Tacoma in service. Due to a leak in the windshield, Kasey my service advisor has been Amazing. She kept me informed of everything going on. She sent me pictures of my truck when they found problems. This entire experience has lasted 3.5 months due to Safelite Auto Glass dragging their feet to Approve Repairs, then when additional parts needed to be replaced, they took almost a month to approve. Job is Finally Complete. Should have my truck back this week. Will defiantly be bring my New 2023 TRD Sport back to Kasey for its Maintenace & Repairs. The Toyota Rental Dept did a great job keeping me in the type of vehicle I needed to be in. Thank You to All of Toyota Service and Rental Dept. More
