We did purchase a vehicle here and they did make the purchasing process swift and easy. They were not at all flexible on the price of the vehicle to allow us to fit the payments into our budget. He got me an excellent rate and extended warranty! When I picked up my RAV4 XLT the next day, it was completely detailed with a full tank of gas. Jes spent the next 30-40 minutes explaining all the operational controls on the dash and throughout the vehicle and answered all my questions. I can’t recommend Bristol Toyota dealership enough and look forward to maintaining my vehicle in their Service Department. More

Sean even brought up a 3rd party online calculator to let us see how different factors affected payments. We will continue to come back. The finance department has been great both times too. I don’t live locally enough to use the service department so I cannot comment on that but the waiting area is spacious and pretty. They even had a quiet room and I saw someone using their laptop to presumably work. Nice touch in the remote work era. More

Great experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and shaun made it happen. I had done my research around what I wanted and already had my percentage rated locked. I’m glad I did not have to deal with any over inflated documents fees that other places sometimes offer. All in all it was a painless process and drove my ride home the same day. What more can you ask for….well a free detail kit, but you can’t always get what you want lol. Now I’ll just have to figure out how to fit in some free scheduled maintenance they offer for a year as a plus. Buying a certified Toyota from them was a breeze. More
