After buying a 2020 Jetta at the Wellesley dealership, several days later the steering wheel locked. Karl and service team, did everything they could to get the new parts and the car back on the road--fas several days later the steering wheel locked. I had to call after 3 months to see if the part you needed to order had come in. You should have called when it arrived and didn't. Then you scheduled an appointment which you then cancelled and delaye needed to order had come in. You should have called when it arrived and didn't. Then you scheduled an appointment which you then cancelled and delayed three weeks. The problem was not fixed after a day and a half because it needed a part you didn't have in stock. It's now back ordered, another 5-6 week delay. More
