The service team will sit on your car for months and lie to you about why it’s not done. The mechanics are incompetent. Glorified parts changers. When they do repair your vehicle they leave the area greasy. to you about why it’s not done. The mechanics are incompetent. Glorified parts changers. Used vehicle experience. Not all bad to be honest. The finance manager Tim was quite the pleasure to work with. Jaime Martinez was also pleasant. The part manager was really Not all bad to be honest. In the end finding out the vehicle only came with one set of keys and remote was very disappointing, guess I should have asked far more questions before signing docs. I was lead to believe that I would be getting a great deal on a second set since I was willing to pay for them but it turned into bit of a run around and developed nothing. Bought a new set from another dealership at a far better deal than Diamond was willing to do. In the end there was some good interaction and some disappointing ones as well. More
