Kara is nice, courteous, efficient and polite. I did not interact with Mr. Rogers during this visit. I called after Lunchtime to schedule battery replacement. The Service Department repla I did not interact with Mr. Rogers during this visit. I called after Lunchtime to schedule battery replacement. The Service Department replaced my battery by 3:30. I was pleasantly surprised I could get the battery replaced the same afternoon that I called. More
