Fast, Friendly, Quality Service Brought my 2008 Civic in to Honda Windward for a safety check. Kanoa arranged everything. We waited in the lounge/showroom and had a cup of coffee. excellent I had no problem getting my battery changed at no cost. But to get my car started the Honda free road service took over 3 hours to even get to respon I had no problem getting my battery changed at no cost. But to get my car started the Honda free road service took over 3 hours to even get to respond to my request(waited on the telephone for about 45 minutes to speak to a agent). When I got to the service center it only took 35 minutes to change my battery and run test of my charging system. More
