David Brandt worked very hard at setting up my new car:plugging in radio Stinson for me, showing me some features and taking me for a test drive. He was very friendly and helpful. I unfortunately had an issue a few days after the purchase with the Auto Play (my favorite feature). Kanoa scheduled an appointment and rebooted the system, now it works! I had a few questions about the purchase price, Michael Stoebner explained it to me and I feel much better now. I will return to Windward Honda for all my auto servicing needs! I only came in to service my 2011 Fit and ended up buying a brand new HRV, which I now love! More

Unexpected problems and charges When I called in to have my oil change, which is under a plan, I was asked to have my brakes checked. I ended up having my brakes cleaned and my tires rotated. Ended up paying $147 for this service. Had a problem after the service with noise and the brakes still chattering. I took a mechanic with me to show him the problem. I ended up paying for 2 tires and having the rotos turned down. (why wasn't this done on my 1st visit) . I end up paying $400. I should have just stayed with the oil change. More
