Pricing is higher than independent shops but the car is back to the original condition. I’m older now and just want the car repaired back to specs using OEM parts even if the price is higher. The rep worke back to the original condition. I’m older now and just want the car repaired back to specs using OEM parts even if the price is higher. The rep worked with me during the clutch and brake repair process explaining each step or addition that came up. Local parts availability is less during these types of repairs also due to Covid and inventory levels. But the rep let me know how long it would take to acquire the parts and install. This is a 2009 Accord EX-L in 2022 with 100k miles. It still drives and looks new. I’m happy! More
