Run don’t walk away from this horrendous dealership. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I drove over an hour to loo This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I drove over an hour to look at a car they marketed as certified preowned which should mean any issues with it have been taken care of however the wheels and rims were completely destroyed and the side had a giant body scratch this was never shown in photos or indicated anywhere in the listing. Then I had to deal with Carl who could barely speak English and was so rude and demeaning he made me wait two hours to give me an insulting offer for my trade in and said under no circumstances would they negotiable the cars price or the price they gave me for my trade in. I left and went to Watertown Lexus they were absolutely amazing everything about it was wonderful please don’t do business here save yourself a terrible experience. More
