Working on some issues with non extended warranty issues with birds and rodents, PCMS and wiring components. Ford truck’s like you did in the 60’s and 70’s without all the electronic xxxxxxxx that makes your automobiles disposable. We want the 7.3 diesel, 4.9L 300 6 cylinder, 351 Cleveland, Detroit eco boost them, motors that’s good for 1/2 million miles trouble free! Eco boost the 4.9L! Green energy and catalytic converters are xxxxxxxx they suffocate and burns more gas for the oil companies. The 6.0L 150 year anniversary addition was a money pit! Thanks Ford and Bill Collins! The 4.6L is a great engine! 371,000 miles pretty much trouble free mercury grand marquis. Build simplistic and trouble free my 2017 F-450 has had over a dozen factory issues. Simple is better! I am not too old to hand crank the windows down. Make something that lasts 500+ miles and is simplistic. 🤬. your maintenance profits. I am not buying anymore diesels! I want a 1977 ford high boy F-350 with a Eco boost 460 or 4.9 L! Your service is great but a 2017 F-450 shouldn’t have this many issues and recalls! Build it right the first time! Forward this up to Ford Corporate! This is my last new automobile/truck of any brand or any kind! All brands have electrical issues! Cars, trucks tractors included! Pat hasn’t been any help since he sold me the truck! 6.0Lemon F-250 Bill Collins. 2017 F-450 a recall magnet! Sweep this under the carpet. As a dealership you still represent Ford! You do a great job but there shouldn’t be this many issues with a $87,000 truck! Make America great again and supply a product that is good for 500K miles! FORD Have some xxxxx and use your lobbying power to Congress members to get rid of electronics and catalytic converter’s! It’s not the cow farts causing the global warming its Ford, Chevy Toyota and Chrysler causing hazardous waste with cars & trucks that don’t last 500K. Semi trucks can do it! That will be my next purchase to haul cattle! An older semi! Take a stand FORD Americans are tired of all your maintenance and electronics issues xxxxxxxx! Jack Kain your staff is friendly but people are having to make a choice to pay for all of FORD’s 1/2 assed new vehicles with electrical issues and buying groceries for their family!!! I am not xxxxting you on no new vehicles or tractors of any kind! I hope every manufacturer goes bankrupt! I’ll keep driving this 371K 2004 mercury grand marquis! Cheap insurance, reliable and mega miles! No new anything until it becomes reliable and minimal electronics! Sincerely a Ford since 1986. Put a sticky note in Henry Fords gravesite! Your New automobiles are like Schick razor blades and the Covid shot! Not reliable! My cattle a horse’s can attest to the times we have been stranded with the 6.0Lemon and this 6.7 recalls and wiring harness’s made out of corn oil derivatives that rodents love. I am glad FORD can sleep of a night while I am stranded with a gooseneck full of animals. Top Ford truck salesman doesn’t mean anything to me Pat Kain! The only reliable truck we have on our farm is a 1992 4.9L straight 6 5 speed! Go back to the drawing board for simplicity and fire every engineer and government official that keeps you making a reliable non-disposable vehicle. I am marrying into the Amish so I will have a reliable, family safe, animal safe mode of transportation! Friendly staff though at Jack Kain! Have some American Lride in your products and forward this to FORD corporate! V Sincerely no new vehicles ever! 87K waste of my time!
